All of your misleading knowledge about Event field will be defined by an expert who managed many Worldwide Events with more than 1000 audiences.
Position & Scopes
Event Planner
Creating agenda and activities with master plan management with 3 teams (Program - Media - Logistics). Detailed timeline and keep track with the team to make sure deadlines, divide goals/KPI into phases, connect with project leader and guest speaker to rehearsal for the best on-site.
Head of Program
Prepare materials to get official permission from the school to launch the event. Meeting with stakeholders (Media Promotion Support Team, Design and Art Faculty, Studen Support) to consult and inform detailed information about the Event. Report and Proposal Content to stakeholders for certain benefits.
Achievements
The talk show received 204 resignation forms, welcomed more than 100 participants and 2 Guest Speakers to talk about the Event Field and what we should aware of it before taking the lead on this path.
Sharings
A first-year student with zero experience in planning and being vague about event definition. 2 days asking my friends to join in and create 3 teams with 11 members to run our first event together is such something unbelievable back then.​

Surely tough time did come when I'm lacking leadership skills and team management, information misleading from teams, took much time for me to learn from the start how to build a plan and an agenda, how to keep track and motivate my teammates.
​
But one thing I was so confident about was my resilience. I would keep doing it until I can at least gained something for my journey. And that was the only reason for me to move on.
