For the first time hosting the MC role for such a large-scale event series, with me it was something I never think about. But my Project Leader encouraged me and gave me the space to step out of my comfort zone and try the daring version of mine. Therefore, I was also the content manager in this project so it would be easy for me to remember the format and the event insight meaning, to delivered them to my participants.

I want to say thanks to me at that time when agree to host the MC position. Thanks for the challenge I have taken and the detailed preparation I spent.  You can do it, just think for the Best and prepare for the Worst, and besides, what can be the worst back then ^^
